Benomic AGV

The abbreviation AGV stands for Automatic guided vehicle. This means that this harvesting trolley transports the harvest fully automatically.

The AGV chassis is virtually standard for any crop. You can choose from various options, depending on the application, such as a harvesting rack, a container, hydraulic scissors or a combination of these options.

Induction technology
By using induction technology and cables cut into the floor, the AGV harvesting trolley knows exactly which route it should take. If you bore sensors, you can also add points to the route for programmed actions. For example, when stopping, decelerating or accelerating the harvesting trolleys.
Intersections, passing places and branches to different departments are also an option.

Small turning circle
The BENOMIC AGV steers with just one wheel, directly under the trolley. This makes an extremely small turning circle possible, providing many advantages on the concrete path and in the work area.

Traction battery
The AGV harvesting trolley drive uses a traction battery. This means that the AGV harvesting trolleys can be used without any problems for many hours. A built-in battery charger is optional.

BeTrack Electric tow tractor

Rated 3.00 out of 5

The BeTrack Electric tow tractor can be used with manual control or unmanned to run the harvesting trolley from the greenhouse to the processing area and back. The BeTrack Electric tow tractor is characterised by its versatility and user-friendliness.

Manual
With its low step and simple controls, the BeTrack Electric tow tractor is convenient for manual use. Moreover, the BeTrack Electric tow tractor is environmentally friendly, noiseless and extremely manoeuvrable.

Automatic
The BeTrack can be manually or automatically controlled. By means of induction technology, the BeTrack Electric tow tractor runs autonomously through an unloading unit, so that the harvesting trolleys can be individually unloaded at the right positions.
Built-in sensors prevent collisions or dangerous situations.

Induction control
Berg Hortimotive has its own in-house induction specialists who can design and lay any induction route between the greenhouse and the shed. One or more tractors can also be controlled using a central control with visualization software, so that you always know where your tractors are.

Transport trolleys

The transport trolleys are used for many different crops. Thanks to the modular construction, this product is available in many variants.

Quality wheels
We use excellent quality parts for our transport trolleys. The original Berg Hortimotive flange wheels are made of a special nylon composition for a long service life and for a low rolling resistance with a loaded trolley.

The central wheels, round 200 mm with aluminium rim, are virtually indestructible with normal use. Heavy trolley loads are no problem for the plastic swivelling wheels.

The trolleys are treated with a durable, easy to clean, powder coating.
