We are introducing our newest crop trolley for all those daily crop activities in greenhouses with no pipe rail system, the Benomic EasyTrack. The Benomic EasyTrack is a pneumatic tyre trolley with electrically driven steering wheels.

No pipe rail needed
Horticultural companies without a pipe rail installation also need electrically driven crop trolleys. Berg Hortimotive has adapted the successful EasyKit just for this purpose. We have replaced the flange rollers with stable pneumatic tyres and we have made the trolley steerable.

Innovative electric steering
The pneumatic tyre trolleys that are now available on the market are mechanically steered. This is taxing for your employees and reduces efficiency.
Berg has fitted the EasyTrack with innovative solutions so that the trolley can be electrically steered. This improves the working conditions for your employees and the efficiency of the business processes.

Less maintenance
The trolley is constructed from as few components as possible. Thereby reducing your maintenance to a minimum. Maintenance is simple and can be done in-house with the optional service packages. Alternatively, if you prefer you can of course have this done by one of our professional dealers.

Work platform
A spacious workplace which can be fixed at any required height with an ingenious ratchet system. The fencing forms one unit with the platform thereby safeguarding employee safety.

The EasyTrack is extremely easy to handle, both on prepared soil and on the concrete path. Moving the trolley is made easy thanks to the steerable pneumatic tyre wheels.
Controls
The EasyTrack is fitted with a removable control panel. The control panel has simple clear, reliable switches for the following functions:

running forwards
running backwards
speed control
steering to the left
steering to the right
battery indication meter
Tilt meter
To increase safety when working with the pipe rail trolley, the trolley is (optionally) fitted with a tilt meter. This will warn the user by means of an acoustic signal when the trolley is tilted.

Motor control / Drive gear
We have fitted the EasyTrack with an extremely reliable motor control enabling you to choose a variable speed for both forward and reverse via a potentiometer. The drive gear is supplied by a powerful 24V electric motor with chain drive to the drive shaft. The trolley has a maximum speed of 40 m/min.

Transportation benefit
The EasyTrack is delivered partly dismantled so that the trolleys can be transported stacked. This makes a significant difference in transport costs.
Only simple tools are needed to assemble the trolley before use on location.

The BENOMIC is the new standard in the field of pipe rail trolleys; fast, simple and hygienic. The 4-scissors version of this pipe rail trolley can reach a height of 570 cm.

Hygienic
The pipe rail trolley has a smooth design, making it easy to keep clean. There are no nuts, bolts or holes where dirt can accumulate. Also, your crops do not suffer damage from sharp corners or protruding parts.

Speed
The motor is rated at 0.37 kW. This ensures a running speed of 60 m per minute. The raising and lowering speed of the hydraulic scissors is at least 0.25 m per second. The rotary switch controls are well-arranged and easy.

Lifter
You can raise the trolley straight upwards with just one press on the button. Various lifting wheels are possible.
